Fleet Management System

Fleet Management System (FMS) is composed of GPS Vehicle Tracking System as a tool manage an efficient and cost effective fleet operations. FMS systems uses satellite based GPS navigation system to provide concerned manager pole to pole vehicle tracking and fast, reliable data transmission. Regarding vehicles involved it provides the current location, history, alerts, engine diagnostics, route designing and route taken by the vehicles involved. Furthermore it also provide current traffic condition on roads and different management reports to the managers. FMS is proven to increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost, save lives, improve competitive positioning, optimize fleet operations with real-time, reduce risk, improve safety and security.

Call center is the main point of contact of client with the organization. Tickets are issued when call is received by the agent. System can also initiate ticket by receiving an email from the client.
